5 Point Checklist

1. Wash Window

2. Examine Window Pane

3. Examine Window Seal

We start by doing a thorough clean of your windows with the best equipment available so that we do not scratch the glass or window frame. This is done by using window safe rags, rubber squeegees, and microfiber mops. No razors or scuffing pads are used.

We then look to see if the window pane has any signs of condensation between the two panes of glass (although this applies to most windows, not all windows have two panes). If condensation is found, it is typically a sign that the gases from the two panes are leaking. We then recommend contacting the company that installed or built your windows. Some people's windows are still under warranty!

Minnesota winters get cold, and we want to let you know if we notice anything that would be allowing your precious heat to escape.

4. Wipe Down Window Sill

5. Check the Screen

As an added bonus we quickly wipe down window sills. This will cut down on the amount of dirt that will blow into your house when you open your window for a fresh breeze.

We also check your screens for any tears or holes that bugs might be able to get through. If it presents a concern to you, then we offer advice on how to repair. In some cases we can repair the screen on the spot!
